Dr. J. Krithika is holding her two PhD degrees from Management and Entrepreneurship. She is a passionate teacher and researcher, working as a professor at the Department of HRM, Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship, Chennai. She published around 50 research articles in reputed journals and she is an assistant editor for the UGC care journal "Journal of Management and Entrepreneurship". She have 20 Years of experience as faculty in MBA department of affiliated institutions of Anna University, Visvesvaraya Technological University and Bangalore University. One Year of experience as Business development officer in a start-up. She had received award for International Excellence in Teaching and Research Award from Global learner’s academy of development, Year 2020. She had published one book with an ISBN no (edited book volume), thirty-seven papers in International journals, two book chapters & ten papers in International conference proceedings and Paper presented in eighteen International conferences. She is an active Member in curriculum committee for the HR, Marketing and General Management subjects.
