Dr Vijay Phate is a Physician, I&O Psychologist, Management Guru & Spiritual Guide having more than 30 years of varied work experience. He is a founder director and CEO of Sahib Holistic Development Consultancy which provides professional L&D services to Individuals, Teams, Institutions, PSUs, and Corporates. across the globe. He contributes to society through his association with many national and local bodies like NHRDN, NIPM, ISTD, SMFI, CII, VIA, BMA, etc. At present he is a Chairman of ISTD Nagpur Chapter. Some of the important positions he held include, InCharge, placement & corporate relation, IIM Nagpur (working for IIMA) / VP (HR & OD) Sunil Hitech Engineers Ltd, Nagpur / Principal Director – ICOM Institute, Nagpur / Director TNP & GPG Infotech – GP Group of Institutions, Nagpur, etc. His articles, research papers, case-lets are published in various regional and national journals, newspapers and digital medias. He has delivered sessions and keynote addresses related to Holistic Wellness at various national & international conferences. He is a recipient of several awards & citations from national & international organizations to name the few are Henry Giessen bier Fellowship (HGF) 2001 and Jaycee of the year award (NMJ) from IJC, "Certificate of Leadership" award 2010 from the National HRD Network, “Top Training and Development Leaders” 2019 from World HRD Congress, etc. Till date, he has trained more than 28 thousand participants, who include leaders & executives at different management levels, trainers, teachers, staff & students of professional institutes.
