Mr. S.S. Samanta is a seasoned professional with over two decades of
experience in various industries. He holds a B.Sc., MBA, PGDCA, and other
certifications. Samanta's career began at Dr. Reddy's, where he rose from
Professional Service Representative to Area Business Manager over 13 years,
including overseas assignments in the USA (18 months) and Middle East (6
months). He then worked with Raptakos Brett & Co. Ltd. Mumbai for four
years, developing national-level strategies. His final corporate role was with
the Hinduja Group (Ashok Leyland) for four years, focusing on talent
acquisition, development, and training. Following a life-changing incident, Mr.
Samanta shifted his focus to his passions: family and training. He now
dedicates his time to mentoring and coaching young students, particularly those
from rural backgrounds, helping them improve their confidence, communication
skills, and career planning. Mr. Samanta serves as Training and Placement
Officer at Balasore College of Engineering & Technology and conducts various
workshops and seminars across colleges. His expertise includes personality
development, motivation, and preparing students for the corporate world. Mr.
