Mentoring is a process for the informal transmission of knowledge, social capital, and the psychosocial support perceived by the recipient as relevant to work, career, or professional development. Mentoring entails informal communication for a sustained period of time, between a person who is perceived to have greater knowledge, wisdom, or experience known as the mentor and a person who is perceived to have less knowledge, wisdom and experience known as mentee.
Since inception, IRNet has received consent from more than 100 mentors having enthusiasm and charitable spirit, who are willing to help, guiding the career path of the next generation professionals. IRNet welcomes academicians, professionals and Research guides to this Mentor Community.
